This blog has finally moved from Jekyll to Astro.
I started from what I had already built for ai.skorulis.com, which had a really nice setup. I still needed somewhere to post broader content, so bringing that foundation across made sense.
The whole process was pretty easy, I just copied the entire AI blog and then replaced the posts with what I had in the old blog. Some of the meta formatting was different but AI was able to do that conversion quickly.
I kept the slugs the same as before to avoid broken links. I still do not love having the date in there, but that is something I can revisit later.
The UI feels much more modern, and writing posts is a little easier. Hopefully that means I can get back into posting more regularly.
Now I just need to find some good things to write about.
